Fabulously funky pants by Simon & Sons Boston. These pants have no fiber contents label, but based on texture and appearance they are most likely cotton. A previous owner made some sizing adjustments - these pants have been taken in at the back waist, these could easily be let back out to their original size to add another 1"+ at waist. Adjustable tie at the inside waist also allows for some additional adjustments.

There are a few faint spots that did not come out with extensive stain treatment, see last two product images for details. Due to the busy print, these spots are not noticeable when worn, but this piece is priced to reflect condition.

Incredible chartreuse gown by Jean of California. This dress features a gathered bust with a high v neckline, angled wide straps, and a fluttery sheer chiffon skirt. Hidden back zipper closure. The creasing around the waist in the photos due are due to poor fit (model is a Size S/M), this dress would lay flat and smooth beneath the chiffon on someone the proper size. This piece has no fiber contents label, but based on texture and construction, the shell is likely 100% silk, and the lining is rayon or acetate.

This dress is being sold in As Is condition with flaws. There are a few small tears at the chiffon, one along the bottom hem has been sealed with fabric glue by a previous owner. There is some mild discoloration along the bottom hem, and a few very faint spots on the shell. Strap has some fraying on one side. These flaws are only visible upon inspection, not noticeable when the dress is being worn. Please see product photos for details. This is a very special dress with lots of life left, and is priced to reflect condition.
